About The Role

 

The Regional Commercial Manager manages the integral role against delivering and supporting our commercial goals and objectives in assigned geographies; tasked with executing against the strategic oversight/plan(s) and enhancing the business performance across our wholesaler partners as well as retailer customers both off and on premise.

 
 

Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure robust market growth, effective strategic plan execution across all assigned geographies.

 

Deliver Performance Goals: shipment plan, profit, and depletion and effective placement goals.

 

Maximize the performance of all brands within all Classes of Trade in each state(s) through the execution of Brand and Package standards as well as Merchandising standards

 

Spearhead comprehensive strategic planning for designated accounts/channels with assigned wholesaler partners

 

Manage FCM team(s) and provide coaching, mentorship/leadership for those roles

 
 

Build Top Class partnership(s) with distributor teams through enhanced management routines, SOPs and time in market/alongside those local and Regional teams

 

Build field-level plans (including “Lighthouse”

accounts) and other metrics in alignment of ABPs and MBOs.

 

Negotiate and Implement Joint Annual Business Plans: Plan, negotiate and implement Annual Joint Business Plans with wholesaler customers to drive mutual growth and success.

 

Communicate Effectively: Own and develop Monthly and Quarterly business reviews, and customer-specific initiatives to support annual business plans and US Sales strategies.

 

Ensure Flawless Execution: Collaborate closely with distributor partners to ensure flawless execution of customer initiatives.

 

About You

Experience

 

Substantial experience in Managing Adult Beverage Wholesalers in the Ohio Market (can include Beer, Spirits or Wine sales) as well as selling a Craft or Domestic Portfolio of Brands. Significant experience in managing a team or individual within the Adult Beverage Industry
