Brewer – BrewDog Australia (Brisbane)

The Role

As a Brewer, you’ll work closely with Production Leadership and the wider production team to ensure our products are produced safely, consistently, and to the highest standards.

You’ll play a hands-on role across brewery operations, supporting end-to-end production activities while helping drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a strong production culture.

While brewing remains a key focus, this role will also contribute to supporting BrewDog Australia’s evolving production capability as we continue expanding our beer and broader beverage portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who already has brewing experience and is ready to take the next step in their development — with opportunities to broaden responsibilities and grow into future leadership opportunities as BrewDog Australia enters its next phase of growth.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in a commercial brewing environment (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of brewing processes and brewery operations.
• Experience executing and managing CIP activities.
• Strong focus on quality, process discipline and brewery hygiene.
• Willingness to work across brewing, packaging and wider production activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Passion for producing outstanding beer and beverages.

Desirable:

• Brewing qualifications (IBD, General Certificate in Brewing, Brewing & Distilling, or equivalent).
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Brewing, Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Biology or related disciplines.
• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
