Job Purpose:
Executive Support
- Proactively manage diaries, meetings, and priorities for the Executive team
- Keep things moving - following up on actions, nudging where needed, and helping turn plans into progress
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and key internal/external meetings, acting as a gatekeeper to ensure our Exec team can focus on delivery of high-priority outcomes
- Prepare materials, agendas, and notes to ensure meetings are focused and effective
- Act as a trusted point of contact across the business
Office Management
- Own the day-to-day running of the office - making sure it’s a great place to work
- Manage suppliers, facilities, and office services, including cost management
- Keep everything organised, stocked, and running smoothly (without anyone needing to ask)
- Create an environment that reflects BrewDog’s energy and culture where everyone feels included
Culture & Engagement
- Support our People Experience Manager in bringing our culture to life, designing and delivering engagement systems that everyone feels included in
- Help organise team events, socials, and company-wide moments for a variety of employee groups (office, shift workers, remote workers)
- Play a key role in internal activations, celebrations, and team-building initiatives
- Be a go-to person for making things happen - from small moments to big events
