What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full responsibility for growing BrewDog’s presence and performance across Brisbane South.

• Building lasting relationships with our customers — visiting them regularly, supporting them, and celebrating success together.

• Seeking out new business opportunities and driving sales across the on- and off-premise channels.

• Owning your numbers — you’ll know your patch inside out and be proud of the results you deliver.

• Living and breathing the BrewDog brand — sharing our passion for great beer, sustainability, and community with everyone you meet.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the drinks industry.

• A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes true ownership of their territory.

• Someone who’s energised by people — loves being out on the road, meeting customers face to face every day.

• A passionate craft beer lover with a hunger to grow, learn, and share amazing brews.

• A proactive problem-solver who’s comfortable balancing both relationship-building and commercial results.
