BEER TRAINING | We love beer and we want you to love beer too, so we’ll support you through the internationally-recognised Cicerone qualifications, so you can love it almost as much as we do. You also get to try loads of beer… tough job right.

4-WEEK SABBATICAL | After every 5 years here you will receive an additional 4 weeks off to spend it doing whatever you want.

AREA VENUE MANAGER – BRISBANE

We’re looking for an Area Venue Manager to join us and take on an epic group of awesome bars across the most iconic city in the world – Brisbane! This is your chance to lead some of the most exciting venues around, packed with craft beer, amazing food, and unbeatable vibes.

Our mission? To get the world as excited about great beer as we are, and our bars are where that mission comes to life.  Our Operations Managers oversee and support multiple venues, inspire brilliant teams, and make sure every customer experience is unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Deputy Venue Managers and their teams across multiple sites, ensuring they deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.
• Drive recruitment, training, and development to build strong, motivated teams who thrive in their roles.
• Take full ownership of venue performance, including financial metrics such as P&L, sales, budgets, and profitability.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards across all sites in health, safety, service, and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, grow sales, and engage both teams and customers.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture where team members are empowered to grow and succeed.
• Act as a brand ambassador, bringing BrewDog’s values and energy to life in everything you do.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to roll out new initiatives, adapt to trends, and keep BrewDog at the forefront of the Brisbane hospitality scene.
