SAFE RIDE HOME | We want to make sure you get home safe after a hard shift. That’s why we contribute £5 to your pay-check to help you get home safely after midnight. This is open to all our bar crew.

As Head Host at BrewDog Waterloo you’ll be right at the forefront of welcoming our guests to the most epic experience at our flagship site. Our venue in Waterloo is high-volume and fast-paced and we get plenty of bookings and events that need organising, greeting and seating and the host team are the face of this. Helping our customers navigate our amazing 28,000 sq ft. venue with lots to keep our customers entertained.

You’ll be managing our team of 6-10 hosts, this will include scheduling, crew reviews and ongoing training and development. You’ll be part of an awesome management team that are here to support you along the way. This role is all about delivering the absolute best guest experience.

Amazing customer service will be central to everything you do. Your team are the first touch point for our guests, and you will lead and guide them to deliver outstanding service.

You will also:

• Be a natural leader with management experience of a small team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with our guests
• Have service experience in a busy restaurant/bar operation (ideal)
• Experience using a booking system and managing the flow of service
• Be approachable, personable and the friendly front face of BrewDog Waterloo!
