WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A JUNIOR DESIGNER!

We’ve got big ideas, bold campaigns and a bar estate that doesn’t sit still—and we’re looking for a talented Junior Designer to help bring it all to life.

Based within our Retail team, you’ll create standout design work for our UK bars. From in-bar signage and social content to event posters and crew comms, you’ll support design across every corner of BrewDog Bars. If it’s visual and it needs to pack a punch, you’ll be on it.

You’ll work closely with our Retail and Brand teams, responding to fast-moving briefs and delivering creative that looks awesome and gets results. This role is perfect for someone early in their design career looking to build serious experience in a fast-paced, ideas-first environment.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

You will have a love for great beer and getting it into the hands of as many people as possible! Even better if you have passion for beer, but if you’re not there yet, don’t worry—we’ll teach you all about it.

You’ve got in-house or agency-side design experience under your belt, and a portfolio of exciting work across print and digital. You know your way around the Adobe Creative Cloud—especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop—and you’re confident juggling multiple projects at once.

You’re full of creative energy, positive, open to feedback, and ready to learn. You get how brands work, you love great design, and you’re excited to play a part in making BrewDog Bars look and feel epic.

Basic motion graphics or After Effects? That’s a nice bonus.
Experience in hospitality or retail? Even better.

This is a flexible role with the option to work remotely, but occasional travel to sites across the UK may be required.

Flexibility to travel and work the occasional evening or weekend is required.
