About The Role

WE ARE HIRING A RECRUITMENT MANAGER TO HELP US FIND MORE LEGENDS!

At BrewDog, our mission is simple: we want to get more great beer into more people’s hands. And to do that, we need incredible people to help us do it.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager to drive fresh, effective and values-led recruitment across our UK bar estate. From General Managers to kitchen crew, you’ll play a big part in making sure our teams are stacked with talent, personality and passion.

This is a field-based role with regular UK travel. You’ll work closely with GMs, Ops Managers and the People Team to make great hiring decisions quickly, and give every candidate an experience worth talking about.

As well as driving recruitment, you’ll get stuck into exciting people projects—from onboarding improvements to shaping how we show up as an employer. It’s a delivery-focused role, but there’s loads of space to make an impact.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Driving recruitment for our UK bars, filling vacancies quickly and effectively

  • Partnering with GMs and Ops Managers to understand hiring needs and create smart recruitment plans

  • Writing and posting standout job ads that reflect our tone and attract brilliant applicants

  • Screening candidates and managing shortlisting with speed and care

  • Making sure every candidate has a brilliant experience—from application to offer

  • Keeping hiring managers informed and aligned on recruitment progress

  • Building talent pipelines for key roles across the business

  • Supporting seasonal and large-scale recruitment drives during peak trading periods

  • Training and guiding managers on how to hire the BrewDog way

  • Representing BrewDog at recruitment events and industry activations

About You

You’ll have a love for great beer and getting it into the hands of as many people as possible—by finding the people who make it happen in our bars. If you’re already passionate about beer, even better. If not, don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

You’ll have a proven track record in recruitment or resourcing, ideally in hospitality, retail or a fast-paced, people-driven environment. You’re confident managing multiple roles at once, working closely with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality hires quickly and consistently.

You know what great candidate experience looks like, and you never drop the ball—every interaction counts. You’re proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable flexing between hands-on delivery and creative project work.

You’re organised, driven, and collaborative—ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen. You’ll thrive in a high-energy environment and always keep fairness, inclusion and impact front of mind.
