About The Role

The NPD Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving productdevelopment projects to completion through coordinating and managingcross-functional teams across sales, commercial, design, and supply chain toensure successful product launches.
 

CoCordinate and manage NPD, EPD and Small Batch projects from briefing stage to product launch including implementing project plans, timelines, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies.

·         Coordinate cross-department collaboration maintaining daily communication with internal and external teams to keep everyone informed and engaged in the process as well as aligned with project goals and objectives.

·         Submit clear briefs for beer and packaging developments ensuring each department understands its role, deliverables and deadlines

·         Facilitate and support regular meetings and calls with internal teams to share vital updates, set deadlines, and monitor progress.

·         Actively engage with teams across the office and production areas to gather information and ensure project requirements are met.

·         Lead meetings with key external stakeholders to assist in the development and implementation of new packaging and manage the transition into the wider supply chain.

·         Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·         As well as the day-to-day tasks, support a range of projects with varying priorities at any given time, with results reported to the Head of NPD Operations.

·         Manage and coordinate Small Batch launches, with guidance from the Head of NPD Operations, from brief to launch including, where required, communication with external collaborators.

·         Keep information and project documents updated at all times to ensure clear communication and information sharing.

 

About You

 

  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in FMCG environment.
  • Proven track record of being able to support multiple projects, and priorities at the same time.
  • Previous experience in supply chain and/or marketing environment is highly advantageous.
  • Substantial experience managing internal and external stakeholders.

 

 

  • Understanding of product development process and supply chain operations.
  • Understanding of project management considerations and project flows.
  • Awareness of market trends and customer needs.

 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders in a range of formats.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
