About The Role

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of our team. 

The role of the National Account Manager is interacting closely with the other National Account teams, the brand, marketing and supply teams to grow the BrewDog brand and maximising sales within our Grocery Accounts.

The National Account Manager manages all aspects of key BrewDog customer relationship; working to maximise the potential through existing customers whilst increasing share within Grocery, implementing promotional plans and delivering against key KPIs

You will be accountable for the delivery of our business priorities within the Grocery Channel. As an expert in the channel and a specialist in fantastic beer you will execute our brand & volume building initiatives whilst networking with key figures within the Grocery Channel.

What will we trust you to do:

  • Grow distribution of BrewDog in the Grocery Channel
  • Work with key Grocery customers to drive strong growth & market outperformance
  • Identify, Win and Manage key Grocery contacts and deliver robust results.
  • Effectively plan ahead and have exceptional time management
  • Actively builds and maintains network with key customers and opinion leaders within the Grocery industry.
  • Effectively negotiates Partnership Agreements with key customers to drive vertical sales
  • Good knowledge of Insight and use of Market data to increase penetration across the Grocery Channel
  • Reviews business volume and business building initiatives with key customer contacts on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Proactively shares examples of BrewDog marketing activities to demonstrate key points of difference to competition
  • Ensures that the right brand activation items are executed in line with our ATL campaigns

About You

Experience

  • Well connected to key figures within key Grocery Customers either through previous work experience or personal connections
  • Solid understanding of the Grocery Market
  • Strong administrative skills and highly organised
  • Demonstrable literacy and numerical skills
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
  • Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial can do’ attitude
  • Attitude to continuous learning and application of best practices
  • Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results
  • Previous experience in any Grocery Account environment is a plus
  • Full UK driving licence
