Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to the sale, service, and handling of alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and company policy.
Protect and enhance BrewDog’s interests and reputation, both internally and externally.
Expected to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, based on business needs.
This is a highly operational role, with approximately 95% of time spent on the floor actively supporting guests and team members, touching tables, and upholding cleanliness and service standards. This role requires consistent visibility and engagement across all positions and is not intended to be office- or desk-based.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to walk up and down stairs and remain on feet for extended periods.
EXPERIENCE
2-3 years experience working in a bar is necessary
1-2 years experience of shift leadership
KNOWLEDGE
Understanding of craft beer and beer in general
Detailed understanding around local legislations and laws are needed
SKILLS
Developed problem solving to be able to support crew in tough situations
Developed communicative skills
