About The Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Field Commercial Manager role is responsible for growing BREWDOG Brands (share, depletions and effective placements) in the designated area/geo. This role is responsible for the planning, communication and execution of the objectives with our street-level distributor partners, the retail marketplace (can be Channel specific or total assigned geo), as well as achieving the company’s sales and effective distribution objectives while being fiscally responsible and focusing on depletion P&L.

Job Details:

Deliver Performance Goals: shipment plan, profit, and depletion and effective placement goals.

 

Maximize the performance of all brands within all Classes of Trade in each state(s) through the execution of Brand and Package standards as well as Merchandising standards

 

Build Top Class partnership(s) with distributor field/street-level teams through enhanced management routines, SOPs and time in market/alongside those local teams

 

Execute all field-level plans (including “Lighthouse”

accounts) and other metrics in alignment of ABPs and MBOs.

Communicate Effectively: Provide weekly details for Weekly RCM/TCM Wholesaler recaps/reviews; use KARMA and other tools to track and monitor daily/weekly/monthly objectives and results

 

Ensure Flawless Execution: Collaborate closely with distributor field/street-level partners to ensure flawless execution of brand and customer initiatives.

 

About You

Experience

Developed communication skills with the ability to effectively inspire and motivate both internal and external stakeholders on multiple facets of the business

 

Developed analytical skills/use of data tools for assessment of marketplace trends and local needs.

KARMA/VIP/iDIG experience are a must

 

Developed organizational skills, capable of managing time and multiple projects effectively through tools provided. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams experience a must.

 

Developed relationship building skills and collaborative and cooperative spirit

Developed knowledge and usage of Cicerone Beer Server education and information to ensure portfolio representation and key benefits of our brands versus competition as solutions of business

 

Developed knowledge of price and promotional strategies with the ability to create and execute customized versions by need/customer/COT

Detailed Understanding of Wholesaler Sales as well as detailed understanding of the craft beer/beer/beverage market in the assigned geographies; Understanding of all Channels and Classes of Trade within the assigned geographies and how our brands/sku(s) fit within each as a solution to business growth; Beer Math knowledge as must
