About The Role

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work well as part of our team. 

The role of the Key Account Manager is interacting closely with the Field Sales Managers, Regionals Sales managers, the brand, marketing and supply teams to grow the BrewDog brand and maximising sales within our Route to Market partners.

The Key Account Manager manages all aspects of key BrewDog customer relationship; working to maximise the potential through existing customers whilst increasing share within the On Trade, implementing joint business plans and delivering against key KPIs

You will be accountable for the delivery of our business priorities within the On Trade Channel. As an expert in the channel and a specialist in fantastic beer you will execute our brand & volume building initiatives whilst delivering against your budgeted contribution.

What we will trust you to do:
  • Develop and execute customer specific account plans aligned to the On-Trade channel objectives.
  • Ensure that effective personal contact is maintained with all relevant customer contacts in such a way that BrewDog is recognised as a world class supplier.
  • Behave as a world class brand ambassador for BrewDog & Craft Beer
  • Achievement of targeted NSR & contribution
  • Delivery of market share and channel distribution targets.
  • Maximise all category opportunities for the benefit of both BrewDog and relevant customers.
  • Provide channel and customer forecasts ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis.
  • Ensures that credit control policies are strictly adhered to.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
  • Maintain JBPs annually with key customers which drive growth
  • Work in conjunction with FSMs to develop and drive RTM engagement within the team
  • Manage all direct and indirect spend and accruals associated with your ledger

About You

Experience:

 
  • Well connected to key figures within key On Trade RTM customers either through previous work experience or personal connections
  • Solid understanding of the On Trade Market
  • Strong administrative skills and highly organised
  • Demonstrable literacy and numerical skills
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
  • Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial can do’ attitude
  • Attitude to continuous learning and application of best practices
  • Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results
  • Previous experience in any On Trade Account environment is a plus
  • Full UK driving licence
