BREWDOG DISTILLING CO BRAND MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Following a recent rebrand, BrewDog Distilling Co. is looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join the team and help take their innovative product range and brand to the next level.

In a crowded market awash with similarities, we’re looking for a standout candidate who has a passion for bringing brands to life. BrewDog Distilling Co.’s unique range combines a commitment to sustainability with high-quality products, unexpected flavour combinations and a love for the craft. We need someone with a background in challenger brands to join the team, supporting on all aspects of brand and marketing activity, from creating watertight strategies and briefing in campaign assets to executing marketing activations, events, PR and product launches.

You will work alongside our brand and marketing team as well as being the driving force within our Distilling business for all brand initiatives.  Conjuring ROS-driving on-trade and off-trade campaigns, digital activations, NPD launches, social media strategy, and developing point of sale while owning comms between production and sales.

Our well-formed Distilling Co team isn’t as big as you might expect, so we need someone who is a passionate self-starter with the ability to pick up projects and make them happen, moving to action to fill  in the gaps through initiative and innovation. You must be extremely well organised, have proven project management skills and be well-versed managing multiple campaigns and projects at once. You will have an opportunity to push yourself, as  BrewDog’s spirits are just getting started the opportunity to be a key player in their success is huge.

About You

  • Work with our tight brand and marketing team to brief and develop campaign and marketing assets to support digital and ecommerce growth, NPD launches, ATL campaigns, sampling activations and consumer/trade events

  • Asset library management and distribution, owning our customer-facing brand library that houses all information required to sell our spirits.

  • Brief, develop, budget and deliver a suite of essential point of sale for the on-trade, monitoring stock levels, forecasting and re-ordering as well as bespoke request from distributors

  • Raising POs and budget management

  • Develop category selling tools to promote our unique spirits range

  • Experienced in creating and delivering presentations to pitch ideas

  • Collaborate with the BrewDog design team to bring briefs to life, from concept stage to delivery

  • Identify and execute local PR opportunities, events, sampling activations and campaigns, with a focus on building brand awareness and ROS, culminating in results-focused reporting

  • Quick thinking, nimble and reactive – often projects will appear and be required to be bought to life in tight time frames; you need to be able to think on your feet and make things happen

  • A willingness to learn about spirits and our industry (beer too, obviously)

  • Strong administration and communication skills, with a background in regularly using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

  • Strong written English
