About The Role

BrewDog are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic designer with a desire to learn! Working within a fantastic team of designers, and creative thinkers, our Designer will be responsible for the creation of packaging and marketing materials and is a key part of the Creative Team.

Details of the role:

  • Create a variety of different product packaging including cans, bottle labels, boxes and outer cases, On Trade/Off Trade POS, leaflets and posters for various different print output
  • Work closely with our NPD, Marketing, Sales and Quality team to update and maintain all brand assets
  • Ability to create, adapt and edit packaging artworks correctly, efficiently and to meet business and supplier requirements
  • An appetite to learn within the business, and thrive working within the internal creative team and our external partners
  • Ability to create, adapt and edit digital assets, POS correctly, efficiently and to meet business and supplier requirements.
  • Animation skills advantageous
  • Responsible for maintaining all master artwork files
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at any one time
  • To assist other members of the design and marketing department as required
  • Continue to learn and improve knowledge of print techniques to improve packaging and print quality

About You

  • Artworker design experience, preferably within an agency or fast paced environment
  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Sound experience and understanding of artworking, printing and packaging development
  • Additional skills in motion graphics / animation advantageous
  • Experience of developing brands and working within brand guidelines
  • Great attention to detail and works with precision
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • An enthusiastic, team player willing to put their passion and drive into the brand
