HOP STOCK | We believe in sharing our success with our crew and have a unique Hop Stock benefit for our salaried team. We will award approximately £30,000 in shares per year – worth around £120,000 per person (based on our last equity raise and headcount). About The Role

Responsible for defining the global BrewDog loyalty proposition, with the main objective of driving customer retention and life-time-value. This role is key in driving digital transformation across all channels (web, retail, on-trade and off-trade) and evolving how BrewDog communicates with its customers, specifically CRM and on-site content. 

Loyalty

  • Scaling Planet BrewDog in-line with BrewDog’s digital north star – uniting our community across the places they live, work and visit through their love of beer
  • Championing Planet BrewDog as the key data capture mechanic across all BrewDog touch-points
  •  Refining the loyalty proposition based on insights, market opportunities and technical advancements (e.g. NFTs & Web 3.0)

CRM

  • Maturing BrewDog’s CRM channels with a focus on greater automation and personalisation
  • Overseeing the communication calendar ensuring the right balance between ecom, bar and Equity Punk messaging for BrewDog customers
  •  Supporting international CRM teams, sharing best practice and technical expertise

Content

  • Overseeing content migration from old to new UX in the CMS
  • Working with product and UX on A/B testing and measurement across BrewDog content
  •  Supporting international content teams with tool adoption and best practice

General

  • Day-to-day line management and coaching of the CRM and content team
  • Collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across the business
  •  Role-modelling the BrewDog Dogmas: We are a meritocracy. Own your numbers. Be where the action is. Count time in dog years. Challenge everything.

About You

You'll be a CRM expert with a proven track record of putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, and bringing the wider team on board with your vision. 
  • Laser focus on levers to drive customer retention and life-time-value, putting these objectives at the heart of decision-making and prioritisation. 
  • Championing the role of loyalty, CRM and content across the business – getting stakeholder buy-in across all departments
  •  Nurturing a high-performing and happy team who feel empowered and supported in equal measure
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ever changing requirements is a massive plus
