HOP STOCK | We believe in sharing our success with our crew and have a unique Hop Stock benefit for our salaried team. About The Role

This role will focus on managing the commercial relationship with ASDA and Morrison's. You will have full P&L responsibility for both accounts and we would expect you to work closely with our dedicated category manager and our customer marketing manager to deliver JBP's, national campaigns, effective promotions, forecasts and evaluate performance at SKU level to improve the BrewDog business within ASDA and Morrison's but also improve the craft category too. You will be the first point of contact for ASDA and Morrison's and will manage the commercial relationship, but you will be fully supported from a planning, execution, category and ordering point of view.
 
This role will be field-based.

About You

Ideally the successful candidate will have top 4 UK multiple grocery experience. They will have the ability to co-ordinate/ lead all internal functions to be able to deliver a multi functional plan. We are looking for somebody that has demonstrated a high level of success in recent roles and has ambition to develop their career through the BrewDog business. They will have a high level of commercial acumen being able to forecast both volume and financially. We are also looking for someone who has a natural ability to analyse trends/data to be able to communicate internally and externally with regards to what products are and aren't working, providing a solution for growth. A strong work ethic is essential because whilst you will have a lot of fun in role, it does require the successful candidate to give it their all!
