About The Role

Candidates should demonstrate flexibility, diligence, enthusiasm, and a passion for developing our growing warehouse operation, as well as:
Forklift experience requiredExcellent attention to detailPassion for hard work and capable of heavy liftingComputer literacyProactiveness and high energyAbility to cope well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environmentWarehouse management experience is a plusSAP, WMS experience preferred    

About You

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, our warehouse assistant will perform duties aimed at ensuring the operations of our warehouse are run smoothly. Their work will include assisting production and supply chain in making sure that the flow of production is handled effectively. They control the flow of stock between production, warehouse and distribution, monitor the coming and going of goods and handle administration associated with these functions. Examples of further duties include: Checking inbound stock against packing slip and accepting stock into system before moving stock into inventory Generating packing slips, picking stock and loading trailers for outbound shipments Identifying damaged or missing goods and reporting to managers Counting and accepting finished goods into inventory and moving them into cold storage Selecting and organizing stock according to age to ensure first-in-first-out of both raw materials and finished goods Ensure compliance with the company’s safety and security procedures
